MY VALUES
It is necessary that we establish values professionally and personally. They are the compass guiding our most valuable resources of time and energy.

We each carry a burden and mine has always been within. I believe when we not only bring light to the shadows of our mind but also share those experiences whether it’s over a cup of coffee or in a support group we are sharing the human experience. We are meant to lead an interconnected life and look to outside of ourselves as well as within for healing.
I will take a stand on important issues, advocate for community needs, and face challenges head-on, even when opinions may be divided.
Nelson Mandela said “I never lose. I either win or learn.” This quote has resonated with me more than ever because we often cannot change a situation but we can change our perspective and how we show up.
I hold a willingness to learn from experiences, adapt to changing circumstances, and engage with you coming to the table with an open heart and mind.
We must first be reliable at a personal level and set healthy boundaries around our time and energy. I allow myself grace and patience and I have discovered through my daughter that creating joy and playfulness are the keys to unlocking the present moment, a place we often forget to live in.
I prioritize reliability because this fosters trust within my community. I want you to know you can depend on me to maintain transparency and stay committed to the conversation and concerns of the community. This is spoken through my actions and my words.
